Bible Institute Administrator

ABOUT THE POSITION AND THE PERSON: World Hope Ministries International is seeking a Bible Institute Administrator (BIA). This team member will need to be a self-starter and detail oriented. Ideally, the candidate will be moderately experienced in at least one data management software (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, Google Sheets). Additionally, the candidate will need a strong comfort level with Office 365 and Adobe software. Finally, the candidate will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills as the BIA will be working directly with instructors and potentially WHMI Board members. All team members must be believers in Jesus Christ, active in a local church, and support and affirm WHMI’s mission, vision, and strategy.

DUTIES: The Bible Institute Administrator (BIA) will have duties which include but are not limited to:

• Process Bible Institute administrative data received in Smartsheet relevant to instructors and locations where we teach, working with the Bible Institute Administration Manager (BIAM), field leaders, and Directors to ensure the accurate and timely execution of Bible Institute activity.
• Provide U.S. instructor recruitment support, working with the BIAM and Logistics Department, as needed.
• Support graduation management activities, including the preparation and coordination of diplomas, working with field offices as needed.
• Administrative preparation for quarterly WHMI Board meetings, collaborating with Development/Marketing, the Field Data Analyst, and BIAM, as needed.
• General administrative support in the Houston office as assigned by the BIAM or the executive leadership team.

LOCATION AND POSITION TYPE: This is a fulltime, salaried, entry-level position based in Houston, Texas. Core hours in the Houston office (northwest Harris County) are required.
