Faith Driven HR: From Tanzania to Iowa and Beyond!

Lancaster County author and Christian business leader Mark A. Griffin is returning to the WJTL Morning Show with an exciting update on his book, Faith Driven HR.

What began with the international launch of Faith Driven HR in Tanzania has grown into a worldwide effort to encourage Christian business owners, pastors, ministry leaders, and HR professionals to lead their organizations with biblical principles.

The journey has taken Mark from ministry opportunities in Africa to bicycling more than 400 miles across Iowa during RAGBRAI, where he connected with Christian leaders and business owners along the way. Through it all, the message has remained the same: Our faith should influence how we lead, how we treat people, and how we build our organizations.

Along the way, the opportunities to connect with people, encourage Christian leaders, and share the principles of faith-driven leadership have continued to grow. What began as a book has become a message that reaches well beyond the workplace.
