We’re looking for a warm, joyful Assistant Teacher to join our combined 3–4 year old classroom and help make that happen every day.
As Assistant Teacher, you’ll partner with our Lead Teacher to create a classroom that feels safe, nurturing, and alive with wonder. You won’t just be helping out. You’ll be a trusted presence in children’s earliest school experiences, shaping how they see learning, kindness, and faith. Responsibilities:
* Co-leading engaging, age-appropriate lessons and hands-on activities
* Nurturing each child’s academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth
* Provide attentive, caring supervision so every child feels secure
* Keeping the classroom organized, inviting, and ready for discovery
* Being a steady, encouraging teammate to your Lead Teacher and school family

Requirements:
* High School diploma/equivalent
* Previous experience with children preferred but not required
* Recent satisfactory FBI and BCI background checks
