What you’ll do – Ko tōu ake mahi
As a Senior HR Consultant, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders across the Ministry, helping them navigate complex people challenges and build high-performing teams. You’ll provide strategic thinking and practical advice across workforce planning, leadership capability, organisational change and employment relations while contributing to initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and culture.

What you’ll bring – Ko ngā pūkenga ōu
Relevant HR qualification and/or equivalent senior HR advisory experience.
Experience working in a large and complex organisation, preferably within the public sector.
Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and employment relations.
Strong relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
