a high-capacity, visionary leader to serve as our Sr. Director of Discipleship & Care.
Your mission is simple yet profound: To ensure every person at Lifepointe is known, loved,
and discipled. You won’t just be managing programs; you will be pastoring the pastors of our
small groups, building a sustainable engine for spiritual growth, and overseeing the “critical
care” moments of our church family.

Leader of Leaders: You have a proven track record of identifying “diamonds in the rough” and coaching them into high-level ministry roles.
Education:
Required: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Preferred: A Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or a Master of Arts in Theological Studies/Christian Ministry.
Experience:
Total Experience: 7–10+ years of vocational ministry experience.
Specific Experience: Proven track record in Care (crisis intervention or counseling).
