Provides security coverage for the protection of Church property from fire,
theft, vandalism, trespassing, and illegal entry; renders appropriate first aid
response in medical situations occurring on Church property; renders
security-related assistance to employees, visitors, tourists; makes on-the-spot
decisions for necessary response.
