Schedule: 

2nd Shift: 2:45pm-11:15pm Full Time; Bi-Weekly set schedule, includes every other weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.

Key Responsibilities: 

* Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies
*  Foster a culture of respect and dignity while interacting with residents, family, and staff.
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
*  Monitor resident health and provide timely, documentation, & communication

Qualifications: 

* Active RN License in the state of Wisconsin
*  Passion for providing quality, person centered care
*  Strong communication & collaboration skills
*  Experience is long-term care or similar setting is a plus
