Baptist Health is looking to add a Revenue Cycle Senior Project Manager in our Appeals & Denials Department at Baptist Metro Square. This is a full-time opportunity. As a Revenue Cycle Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence across the Revenue Cycle and overall organization. Serves as a strategic liaison between operational teams and Information Technology, translating business requirements to EPIC analysts and ensuring system accuracy through thorough testing and validation. Key front-facing role, the role facilitates strategic discussions with stakeholders, provides subject matter expertise on Revenue Cycle processes, and manages projects using Agile methodology to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement. This position is critical to optimizing system performance, enhancing financial outcomes, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation.
