Description:

Assists in technical coordination of the laboratory section in order to efficiently provide and ensure provision of accurate clinical test information for patient diagnosis and treatment. Interacts positively with patients and healthcare professionals as needed and is accountable for the quality assurance and improvement of the designated area. Estimated pay range for this position is $36.16 – $47.01 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:

Degrees:
Bachelors.
Licenses & Certifications:
Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
Clinical Laboratory Supervisor.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science required.
TN – Clinical Laboratory Technologist or SU – Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license required.
Either license must have qualification in chemistry or hematology .
Complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice.
Proficient in Laboratory information systems and associated computer applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
