Position: Nex Gen Campus Director
Campus: OHB & Antioch Campus
Position Type: Part-time
Job Summary: The Campus Lead serves as the primary NextGen ministry leader for their assigned campus and works under the leadership of the Upper School Pastor. This part-time role is responsible for supporting the spiritual growth and discipleship of upper school students by leading campus-level ministry eƯorts, coordinating volunteers, engaging families, and helping create a consistent, healthy, and welcoming ministry environment.
Essential Job Duties:
* Provide campus-level leadership for the upper school ministry at the assigned campus.
* Support and carry out the vision, goals, and ministry strategy established by the Upper School Pastor.
* Recruit, encourage, and support volunteers in partnership with the Upper School Pastor.
* Help coordinate volunteer scheduling and ensure ministry roles are filled each week.
* Assist in planning and executing weekly student gatherings, discipleship opportunities, and campus ministry activities.
* Coordinate campus logistics, setup needs, materials, and supplies for weekly ministry environments.
* Build strong relationships with students and families and help connect new families into the life of the ministry.
* Communicate campus updates, needs, and wins regularly with the Upper School Pastor.
* Collaborate with staff and campus teams to support ministry effectiveness and alignment across campuses.
* Assist with administrative responsibilities such as attendance, follow-up, organization, and event support.
Qualifications:
* A growing and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
* Strong commitment to the mission, values, and leadership of the church.
* Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead volunteers, build relationships, and manage responsibilities effectively within part-time hours.
* Experience in student ministry, volunteer leadership, or church ministry preferred.
