Vineyard Christian Fellowship
The Middle School Ministry Coordinator at our Westerville Campus is a full-time position that plays a key role in helping students discover and follow Jesus during one of the most formative seasons of life. This person will provide leadership, organization, and support for Vineyard Columbus’ ministry at our Westerville Campus to middle school students, creating environments where students can grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and experience authentic community.
Working closely with the VC Students Pastor, the Middle School Ministry Coordinator will lead Sunday morning programming for grades 6–8, support Student Night gatherings on Sunday evenings, develop and care for volunteer leaders, and oversee the administrative systems that help ministry run effectively. This role combines relational ministry with practical leadership, requiring someone who loves students, enjoys developing volunteers, and can bring both creativity and organization to ministry environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation by helping students take meaningful steps in their faith while building a safe, engaging, and spiritually formative ministry culture for students and families.
About us:
Vineyard Columbus exists to develop multiethnic communities of disciples who experience God, love one another, and partner with Christ to heal the world.
As a church, we are committed to being a great friend to our city and to building communities that reflect Christlike unity while celebrating the diversity of our congregation and staff.
Beyond weekend services at multiple locations across Central Ohio, we serve our neighbors through the Vineyard Community Center, which provides free health clinics, food assistance, ESL classes, Value Life resources, a Counseling Center and other practical support—all opportunities to share the love of Jesus in tangible ways.
Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking a spiritually mature, team-oriented leader who is passionate about helping middle school students encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. They are energized by leading teams, coordinating ministry details, and helping create engaging experiences that are biblically grounded and age appropriate. They thrive in collaborative settings, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, flexible attitude to the changing rhythms of student ministry. They find joy in developing volunteers and empowering others to have a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
