We are currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to: Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds Execute preventive maintenance schedules Perform repair work on buildings, grounds and plumbing, heating, air conditioning, machinery and equipment Also may be involved in construction and remodeling and, as directed, security services QualificationsRequired Education/Certification/Licensure: High School diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by some trade school or vocational training, is desirable. Training and Experience: Two (2) years experience in most phases of building maintenance. Prefer EPA or HVAC certification Job Knowledge: Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills. Must be familiar with building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning, etc.
