Job Summary
The Head of Marketing & Communications will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, branding, communications, and audience growth initiatives for a religious institution with a strong online presence. The role is responsible for increasing reach, engagement, participation, and brand visibility across digital and traditional channels while ensuring that all communications align with the ministry’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to drive growth and engagement.
Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website content, and online advertising.
Drive audience acquisition, retention, and participation for daily prayer meetings, special programmes, and campaigns.
Manage creative content development, including videos, graphics, copywriting, and promotional materials.
Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build strategic partnerships with media organisations, influencers, and other stakeholders to expand the platform’s reach.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing & Communications team to deliver high-impact results.
Work closely with ministry leaders and other departments to support organisational objectives and programme execution.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilisation of resources.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing and communications, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, branding, and content marketing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience within a faith-based organisation or ministry is an added advantage.
