Summary

Lead a Full Force team at the Prospect Campus to implement a fantastic “One at a Time” guest experience from street to seat. Alongside this primary focus, provide leadership and oversight for Women’s Ministry at Prospect, connecting women to Jesus and to one another.

What You Will Be Doing

Guest Experience (70% of the role)

* Lead the execution of Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.
* Recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers across Greeters, Ushers, Parking Lot, Hospitality, New Here Team, Connection Center Desk, Weekday Building Hosts, and Special Event weekends/holidays.
* Ensure the sanctuary and atrium are prepared for weekend services.
* Create and manage the Guest Experience ministry budget.
* Maintain alignment of the guest experience with the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.

Women’s Ministry (30% of the role)

* Cast vision and strategy for Women’s Ministry at Prospect.
* Plan and lead studies, groups, and events.
* Identify, train, and provide pastoral care for volunteers.
* Support budgetary oversight of campus Women’s Ministry.

Requirements

* Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; ministry experience including Bible study leadership.
* Proven communication skills; able to multi-task projects, events, and volunteer teams.
* Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to the Prospect area.
* Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.
* Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
