CORE MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a relational, organized, and ministry-minded Core Ministry Coordinator to help people connect, grow, and serve through our Groups, Outreach, and Assimilation ministries at our Plymouth Campus. This role provides leadership, coordination, and administrative support to ensure ministry systems, volunteers, events, and communications operate effectively while creating clear pathways for people to take their next step in following Christ.

Working closely with the Lead Campus Pastor, volunteers, and Central Ministry teams, the Core Ministry Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing Woodside’s mission to help people see Jesus. 

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position working 20 hours per week. Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church’s Plymouth Campus are required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Coordinate and support Groups, Outreach, and Assimilation ministries.
* Recruit, equip, and encourage volunteers serving in Connect and hospitality ministries.
* Help people connect into Groups, serving opportunities, and the Membership Pathway.
* Coordinate baptisms, Membership Pathway classes, outreach initiatives, and other ministry events.
* Maintain ministry records, volunteer schedules, and communications using Ministry Platform and other ministry tools.
* Partner with campus staff and Central Ministry teams to support disciple-making and campus ministry goals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* A growing follower of Jesus with a heart for discipleship and helping people get connected.
* Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Experience leading or supporting volunteers in a church or ministry setting preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ministry software and digital tools.
* A collaborative, servant-hearted leader who is aligned with the mission, values, and Statement of Faith of Woodside Bible Church.
