Summary
The Operations Associate will assist and support the Southeast Kids Central Ministry Team through organizational management, administrative support, and clearly communicating and partnering with other SE ministries. In all things this person will help to maintain alignment with the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church and Kids ministry. This is a full-time role.

Essential Functions:
* Helps to launch new campuses and assists as needed at existing campuses.
* Provides operational assistance for all Kids campus-wide events, such as: Camp, RUCKUS, Family Dedication, All Team Gatherings, Team Retreats, etc. with registration, purchasing, scheduling, and other operational needs.
* Serves as a team project manager holding team members accountable for deadlines.
* Leads distribution of curriculum to campuses.
* Works with Events, Legal, Communications, IT, etc. on various logistics as needed.
* Provides administrative support including curriculum formatting, internal transfers, billing, and other tasks as needed.

Required Education, Experience, and Membership:
* Bachelor’s preferred
* Administrative experience, ministry and/or project management experience preferred.
* Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
