CAMPUS PASTOR (WARREN CAMPUS)

Woodside Bible Church

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and visionary Campus Pastor to provide leadership and spiritual direction for our Warren Campus. This leader will shepherd the congregation, develop staff and volunteer leaders, and cultivate a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where people are encouraged to grow as disciples and live on mission in their community.

The Campus Pastor serves as the primary pastoral leader and voice of the Warren Campus, working closely with Woodside’s Executive Team and Regional Hub Pastor to advance the mission and vision of Woodside Bible Church.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Provide spiritual leadership, shepherding, and pastoral care for the Warren Campus.

* Lead, develop, and empower campus staff and ministry leaders.

* Champion discipleship, Groups, assimilation, outreach, and community engagement.

* Provide pastoral care through counseling, visitation, weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other significant life events.

* Lead campus strategy and ministry initiatives that support healthy growth and community impact.

* Oversee campus operations, ministry effectiveness, budget stewardship, and key ministry metrics.

* Build meaningful relationships within the Warren community and represent Woodside with local leaders and organizations.

* Teach and communicate regularly and potentially serve as part of Woodside’s broader Teaching Team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* A spiritually mature pastor with a shepherd’s heart and a passion for reaching and developing people.

* Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and organizational skills.

* Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and create healthy ministry teams.

* 3–5 years of relevant pastoral leadership experience; multi-site church experience preferred.

* Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.

* Meets Woodside’s biblical and bylaw qualifications for pastoral leadership.

* Fully aligned with the mission, vision, values, and Statement of Faith of Woodside Bible Church.
