Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI)
At MDDI, we envision a government where key decisions about policies and how we communicate are informed by insights on how our citizens think about the issues at stake.
We call this Sentiments and Behavioural Research (SBR) – quantitative, qualitative, and behavioural insights research that seek to understand how people think about an issue and how they might respond to a policy. This understanding helps to shape the policies we make, and how we communicate. Ultimately, it impacts Singaporeans’ day-to-day lives. Find out more about SBR at https://www.mddi.gov.sg/what-we-do/research/sentiment-and-behavioural-research/.
