RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Recruitment and Promotion

* Support recruitment efforts for youth and young adults
* Design promotional posters, manage social media campaigns, and maintain the
S&I website

 

Learning Support

* Edit and update content on online Seminary and Institute learning platforms
* Provide training and technical support for students and teachers on online
platforms
* Develop educational activities to support seminary teachers
* Assist with translation of training materials for teachers and leaders

 

Office Management and Administration

* Maintain accurate attendance records, calendars, and detailed reports
* Provide administrative support for meetings, trainings, and travel
arrangements
* Maintain financial records and reports, assist with reimbursement processes
* Support Seminary and Institute class setup

 

Stakeholder Services

* Respond professionally and confidentially to inquiries from teachers,
students, parents, and Church leaders
* Ensure smooth office operations through effective supply and equipment
management

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or above
* A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required
* Fluent in English and Malay(written and verbal)
