This position is central to the missionaries’ role to ‘Invite others to come
unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus
Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy
Ghost, and enduring to the end.’ Actor Trainers are lead level individual
contributors, responsible for ensuring that in-residence missionaries receive
effective teaching opportunities by leading actors, conducting individual and
group trainings, and facilitating ongoing improvement and coaching of actor
performance. It is expected that an Actor Trainer will assist in overseeing the
work of 10-15 actors.
